Yes, a patient can have multiple orders in the portal and then can be at different stages of their journey.

To search for a patients orders in the portal, click on the Search bar and start typing their Name or NHS No or Order No.

Please note that only orders from the date you started using the portal will be displayed.

In the below example, James Johnson has two orders, one has been approved by the GP and in the Prescription Issued status and the second is in the Dispensing Status and is being prepared in the pharmacy.
