Patients will see these at each stage of their orders journey

Order Reminder - The Patient can set an order reminder to remind them to order

Please go to the Hey Pharmacist app or website to request your medication to collect in store.

Requested w/ GP - The order has been placed and is with their GP to approve

Subject: Your medication request has been sent to your GP

Success! Your request for medication has been securely sent to your GP.

It can take up to 2 working days for your GP to check your request. We will let you know when this happens.
