An order is in Prescription Issued on the Processing Screen and you have compared with the PMR

You change the order status from Prescription Issued to Completed (rather than Dispensing)

The patient will not receive the email / push notification to let them know you are preparing their order

They will receive a notification asking them to come and collect their order or that you will be delivering their order however dependant on their choice for collection or delivery and if you are offering delivery.
