Once you are ready to prepare an order, change the status from Prescription Issued or Part Issued to Dispensing by clicking the drop-down arrow and selecting Dispensing.

The patient will be notified by email and push notification (if they have consented), that you are preparing their order. See Patient Notifications for more details.

Changing the status of multiple orders

If you want to change the status of more than one order at one time, you can use the Bulk Change option.

Simply select the orders you wish to bulk change by clicking in the check box on the left of the order and a pop up will occur at the bottom of the screen.

You can deselect orders if you picked the wrong one, or select all which will select all the orders in that screen for a bulk status change.

Click the Status you want to move the orders to and the order will be moved to that status.
