You can manage your Delivery orders the same as you currently manage your Collection orders.

Simple update the order status using the drop-down options available.

The patient will be automatically notified as you move the order from Issued to Dispensing to then to Completed and specific notifications will automatically be sent for Delivery orders to notify the patient that they will receive their order by delivery.
