What notifications do patients receive for Pharmacy Delivery?

Patients who have chosen Pharmacy Delivery will receive different notifications via email / push related to delivery when you use the Portal. They will also get all the original notification, such as Approved by GP. -

Preparing your Order 

From: Hey Pharmacist 

Subject: Your pharmacy is preparing your medication 

Hey [Name]... 

We have an update for you! Your selected pharmacy is currently preparing your medication. 

We’ll notify you when your order is out for delivery – this can take up to 2 working days. You don’t need to take any actions at this stage. 

Thanks, Hey Pharmacist 

Ready to Dispatch

From: Hey Pharmacist 

Subject: Your medication is ready to dispatch

Hey [Name]... 

Great news! Your medication is ready to dispatch and will be with you shortly! You may be required to be home to receive your medication.

To see your order, go to the Hey Pharmacist app or website. 

Patient name: [Name] 

Order Reference: [Number] 

Order Status: Ready to dispatch

Thanks, Hey Pharmacist 

Delivery orders will use the same statuses on the Portal as collection orders -

e.g. Prescription Issued - Dispensing - Completed
