If you have an order where you are waiting for stock in your pharmacy, we recommend that you either manage the patient manually as you would in your normal pharmacy process or change the Status to Contact Us and ask the patient to contact your pharmacy to update them.
Alternatively you can move the order to Completed if part of the order is ready to be collected and manage manually or leave the order in Dispensing and Complete when you have all items.
We appreciate that this is something that pharmacies would like to see soon and are getting feedback from pharmacies to create the best process to manage in the Portal.
