The list of patients that have visited your pharmacy can be viewed in the reports section of the Portal
On the Total Patients section please click the expandable icon in the right hand corner. This will allow you to view all of your patients and marketing patients that have visited your branch.
Can I filter the data based on date?
When you open reports, the data you see is all the data from the time you started using the portal. But all the data you see on the reports page can be filtered to:
Last 7 days
Last 14 days
Last 30 days and
Custom date range
What is the most recent data I see?
We have tried to make the data update almost equal to real time. But there could be a delay of few seconds. You could also see delays if you have connectivity issues.

We are sure you would want to see more data, all you have to do is, get in touch with us. You can use help and support on top of the portal (in screenshot) and use the chat feature to let us know what more you would like to see.
