What is portal reports?
Portal reports has been launched to make access to data easier for portal users. You can now access almost real time data about your patient sign up (via QR code), total orders and divide of delivery and collection orders.
Can I filter the data based on date?
When you open reports, the data you see is all the data from the time you started using the portal. But all the data you see on the reports page can be filtered to:
Last 7 days
Last 14 days
Last 30 days and
Custom date range
What is the most recent data I see?
We have tried to make the data update almost equal to real time. But there could be a delay of few seconds. You could also see delays if you have connectivity issues.
What if you want to see more data?
We are sure you would want to see more data, all you have to do is, get in touch with us. You can use help and support on top of the portal (in screenshot) and use the chat feature to let us know what more you would like to see.
