Portal reports has now introduced 2 new sections of data. You can see the number of patients and orders based on the 2 different types of patients.

Your Patients

Your patients tab will show data of all your patients who enrolled to Hey Pharmacist by scanning the QR code in your store. Order data will show the numbers of orders placed by those patients.

Marketing Patients

Marketing patients tab will show data of all the patients who signed up to Hey Pharmacist online and selected your pharmacy to order their prescription. Order data will show the numbers of orders placed by those patients.
