You can view real time data on the average time taken for the GP to approve prescriptions in the reports section of the portal
The GP turnaround feature allows you to monitor the time it takes for the script to be sent through once requested by the patient.
Further more you can now monitor the time it takes for your branch to dispense orders in the dispensing processing section of the report. This will give you the average time it has taken for orders to go from prescription issued to complete.
Can I filter the data based on date?
When you open reports, the data you see is all the data from the time you started using the portal. But all the data you see on the reports page can be filtered to:
Last 7 days
Last 14 days
Last 30 days and
Custom date range
What is the most recent data I see?
We have tried to make the data update almost equal to real time. But there could be a delay of few seconds. You could also see delays if you have connectivity issues.
