Can I turn off Pharmacy Delivery?

Yes, you can turn off delivery, however this will only affect future orders, all existing and pending orders will need to be processed still.

We advise not changing this on / off too frequently as it could cause patient confusion.

Visit the settings tab in the portal and navigate to the type of patients you wish to turn delivery off for – either ‘Your Patients’ or ‘Marketing Patients (if enabled)’
