How to export your Market Intelligence data

This guide explains how to use the Export tool to effortlessly download your filtered Market Intelligence data into CSV or Excel format, so you can crunch the numbers and analyse your market offline.

The Export function in Market Intelligence allows you to export detailed data based on your current View, helping you perform in-depth analysis of markets, competition, and opportunities outside of the platform (e.g., using Excel).

How to Export Your Data

Step 1: Filter Your Dashboard

First, ensure you have applied the specific filters (e.g., CPV codes, regions, dates) in your dashboard that define the data you want to export. This view should be given a name and saved. The export will include all the items (tenders/contracts) currently represented in the Details table based on your active filters. You can expand the view of the details table to see fully the data that will be exported.

Step 2: Access the Export Tool

  1. Look for the Export button located in the top navigation options of your Market Intelligence dashboard.

  2. Click the button to open the export options.

Step 3: Select the Details Table to Export

You must select which details table the data should be drawn from.

Maximum 1500 tenders can be exported for:

  • Export Overview details table

  • Export Expiring Contracts details table

  • Export Buyers details table

  • Export Suppliers details table

Maximum 250 tenders can be exported for:

  • Export Search details table

Step 4: Choose Format and Initiate Export

  1. Select your preferred file format: CSV or XLSX.

  2. Once initiated, you will see a message indicating the export is in progress, and you will not be able to start another export until this one is complete.
