Booking your dream photo session in Mafelo is very simple and intuitive. There is no need to stress — we will guide you through the process step by step.

How to go through the booking process
Select the type of session, you are interested in from your photographer's offer
Choose one of the available packages
Select the date, you are interested in on the calendar and then pick one of the available session times from the list
Fill in the booking form with your contact details
Click the Book button
💡Tip: Remember to provide any additional information requested by the photographer. You must also check the box accepting the session terms and conditions. If a deposit is required, you will see the payment provider logo and the amount at this stage.
📣Note: If the photographer does not use online payments, the system will send a special link to your email address that you must click to finally confirm your session date.
Troubleshooting and best practices
Check your Promotions and Notifications folders. If your session required confirmation by clicking a link and the email has not arrived after a while, make sure it has not ended up in folders such as Notifications or Promotions in your mailbox.
Be prepared for payment. Sessions with online payment often have a time limit for paying the deposit (e.g. 15 or 30 minutes). If you do not pay for the booking within that time, the slot may become available again
Pay attention to the terms and conditions acceptance requirement. Often the Book button cannot be clicked until you have checked the box agreeing to the photographer's terms of service

Do I have to pay the deposit immediately to book a time slot?
Whether a deposit is required to book a session depends on the settings of the individual photographer. If the photographer requires a deposit or advance payment, you will be asked to pay in the last step of the booking. Otherwise, it is sufficient to confirm the booking by clicking the link sent to your email address.
What should I do if I interrupted the deposit payment?
If you interrupted the deposit payment, the system usually cancels your booking after a set period of time (e.g. 15 minutes) and the time slot becomes available in the calendar again. The best approach is to wait a moment and then try going through the booking process from the beginning.
What if I have booked a session but want to change the date or cancel it?
If you want to change the date of a booked session or cancel it entirely, you need to contact your photographer directly.
