If your rent is paid by direct debit, it is usually collected around the first of the month.
If there are insufficient funds in your account, the payment may fail. It can take a few days before this is confirmed.
Option 1: Pay via the payment link
If the direct debit fails, you will automatically receive an email with the subject:
“Direct debit failed – insufficient funds.”
Check your inbox and spam folder
Use the payment link in the email to pay the outstanding amount
Please complete the payment as soon as possible.
Option 2: Pay manually
You can also transfer the rent manually.
Use the bank account details from your rental agreement
Add your address and the relevant month in the payment description
The following month, the rent will be collected again via direct debit.
