Direct debit payment

Updated this week

What is a direct debit?

A direct debit allows LIV Residential to automatically collect your rent from your bank account on a fixed date.

This means you don’t have to manually make a payment each month.

How to set up a direct debit

  1. Submit a SEPA authorization
Use the button below to complete the form.

  2. Wait for confirmation
Your request will be processed within 5 working days.

  3. Check your bank account
Only bank accounts within the SEPA zone can be used.

Important to know

Make sure there are sufficient funds in your account on the collection date. If there is not enough balance, the direct debit may fail.

What if the direct debit fails?

  1. Check your balance
Make sure there is enough money in your account.

  2. Contact your bank
Your bank can help identify any issues with the payment.

  3. Contact LIV Residential
Let us know so we can help arrange an alternative payment method.

  4. Check your authorization
Make sure your direct debit authorization is still valid and correctly completed.

SEPA regulations

Direct debits are processed according to SEPA regulations (Single Euro Payments Area), which standardize payments across Europe.
