A VVE (Homeowners’ Association) is an organization that manages shared areas within a building.

As a tenant, you do not have direct contact with the VVE. LIV Residential remains your point of contact, as stated in your rental agreement.
If you have questions or comments about shared areas, please contact LIV Residential. We will coordinate with the VVE on your behalf.
