Homeowners' Association (VVE) Contribution

Do you, as a tenant, have to pay a direct VVE contribution?

Updated this week

As a tenant, you don't have to contribute directly to the VVE. You pay service charges to LIV Residential, a portion of which goes to the VVE.

Examples of costs covered by the service charges include: energy consumption in common areas, cleaning costs for common areas, water consumption for the shared account, individual water consumption, heating costs, caretaker, garden maintenance, and costs for the heating company to prepare a statement.

The total service charges are determined annually during the VVE meeting and then divided between owners and tenants. If the advance payment you make for service charges exceeds the actual costs, you will receive a refund. If the actual costs exceed the advance payment, additional payments must be made at the end of the year. As LIV Residential, our goal is to align the advance payment for service charges as closely as possible with the actual costs, ensuring the advance payment is neither too high nor too low.
