Who is the owner of my rental home?
LIV Residential manages the day-to-day operations of your home. This means you can contact LIV Residential directly for all practical matters such as maintenance, repairs, and questions about your tenancy.
The official owner of your home is the entity named in your rental agreement. You will find this name on the first pages of your contract. This is also the party to whom you pay rent each month.
LIV Residential is part of Orange Capital Partners, which therefore is also the owner of your rental home.
