I have a query about crypto – who can help?

Crypto accounts at IG Markets Singapore are managed by Independent Reserve. For any crypto-related queries, you'll need to contact Independent Reserve directly.

There are two ways to do this from within the app:

- Account page: Go to your Account &gt; scroll to Support &gt; tap Contact IR
- Help &amp; FAQs: Go to Help &amp; FAQs &gt; Crypto (Independent Reserve) &gt; open a relevant article &gt; tap Get IR Support

Both options are only visible if you have an active crypto account.

Q1. Is there an Independent Reserve mobile app?

Yes. Independent Reserve has a mobile app available for both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). To log in, you will need to key in your username and your password.

You can find your username when you click the hamburger icon on the top right. You should see your username right at the top. If you have yet to set a password, you can do so by going to Security &gt; Password.
