There is a problem with my appliance - who do I contact?

Who to contact if your washing machine, fridge, cooker, air fryer or other household appliance is faulty or not working - and what information to include.

If there is a fault or problem with your appliance, please contact ATS at customerservice@advancedtotalsupplies.co.uk. ATS is the supply partner who manages all appliance orders, including faults within the first year.

Please include your Order ID in your email - this helps ATS locate your order quickly. If you are unsure of your Order ID, check the confirmation email you received when your order was placed.
