OneLink Cash lets you collect your cash at either a PayPoint or Post Office location. Follow the steps below to claim your voucher and collect your cash.
📋 Open your link
Open the link you received by email, text, or letter (for letters, go to huggg.me/claim and enter your 16-digit code). Click Voucher details, then Get started.
🔀 Choose where to collect
Select either Post Office or PayPoint. Once you confirm your selection, your voucher is generated and your choice cannot be changed.
Not sure which to choose? There are around 11,500 Post Office branches and 28,000 PayPoint locations across the UK. Pick whichever is closer or easier for you.

💷 Collect your cash
Take your voucher to your chosen location, either on your phone or printed out. Show the barcode to the cashier and they will hand over your cash.
If you selected Post Office, wait at least 15 minutes after claiming before going to the branch. The Post Office system needs that time to accept the barcode.
Make sure your phone screen is in light mode when showing the barcode. Barcodes don't always display correctly on dark backgrounds.
