OneLink Cash gives you the choice of collecting your cash at either a PayPoint or Post Office location. Follow the steps below to claim your voucher and collect your cash.
Step 1 - Open your link and get started
Open the link you received by email, text, or letter (for letters, go to huggg.me/claim and enter your 16-digit code). Click Voucher details, then Get started.
Step 2 - Choose where to collect your cash
Select either Post Office or PayPoint. Once you confirm your selection, your voucher is generated and your choice cannot be changed, so make sure you're happy with it before proceeding.
Not sure which to choose? There are around 11,500 Post Office branches and 28,000 PayPoint locations nationwide. Choose whichever is most convenient for you.

Step 3 - Collect your cash
Take your voucher to your chosen location - either on your phone or as a printed copy. Present the barcode to the cashier and they will hand over your cash.
Please note: If you selected Post Office, please wait 15 minutes after claiming before going to the branch. It can take up to 15 minutes for the Post Office system to accept the barcode, and presenting it too soon may result in it being declined.
Also make sure your phone screen is in light mode when showing the barcode - barcodes don't always display correctly on dark backgrounds and may not scan at the till.
