Your Post Office cash voucher lets you collect cash over the counter at any Post Office branch. There are around 11,500 Post Office locations across the UK.
📋 Claim your voucher
Open the link you received by email, text, or letter (for letters, go to huggg.me/claim and enter your 16-digit code)
Click Voucher details, then Claim Now
Your voucher will appear on screen with a barcode
🏤 Go to a Post Office
Find your nearest branch at postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder. Take your voucher with you, either on your phone or printed out.
Wait at least 15 minutes after claiming your voucher before going to the branch. The Post Office system needs that time to accept the barcode.
Make sure your phone screen is in light mode when showing the barcode. Barcodes don't always display correctly on dark backgrounds.
💷 Collect your cash
Show the barcode to the cashier. They will scan it and hand over your cash.
Your cash must be collected in a single transaction. You cannot return at a later date to collect part of the amount.
