Yes - there are a few important things to be aware of before you collect your cash.
Collection locations: Cash can only be collected in person at a Post Office or PayPoint location - you choose which when you claim your voucher
Single transaction: Your cash must be collected in one visit - you cannot split the amount across multiple transactions or return at a later date to collect the remainder
Selection is final: Once you have chosen Post Office or PayPoint and confirmed your selection, it cannot be changed
Light mode required: If showing your voucher on a phone, make sure your screen is in light mode so the barcode scans correctly
