Yes. There are a few things to know before you collect your cash.
Collection in person: cash can only be collected in person at a Post Office or PayPoint location. You choose which when you claim your voucher
Single transaction: your cash must be collected in one visit. You can't split the amount across multiple transactions or return later for the rest
Selection is final: once you've chosen Post Office or PayPoint and confirmed, it can't be changed
Light mode: if showing your voucher on a phone, switch your screen to light mode so the barcode scans correctly
