Your PayPoint cash voucher lets you collect cash over the counter at any PayPoint location in the UK. There are around 28,000 PayPoint outlets, in convenience stores, newsagents, and supermarkets.
📋 Claim your voucher
Open the link you received by email, text, or letter (for letters, go to huggg.me/claim and enter your 16-digit code)
Click Voucher details, then Claim Now
Your voucher will appear on screen with a barcode
🏪 Go to a PayPoint location
Find your nearest PayPoint at paypoint.com/store-locator. Take your voucher with you, either on your phone or printed out.
Make sure your phone screen is in light mode when showing the barcode. Barcodes don't always display correctly on dark backgrounds.
💷 Collect your cash
Show the barcode to the cashier. They will scan it and hand over your cash.
If the barcode won't scan, ask the cashier to enter the voucher number manually instead.
⚠️ Important
PayPoint cash vouchers are available up to a maximum of £100. Your cash must be collected in a single transaction. You cannot return at a later date to collect part of the amount.
