Huggg Payouts offers four ways to send cash to a recipient. Each is suited to a different situation, depending on the amount, how the recipient prefers to collect it, and whether you want to give them a choice.
If you don't know how your recipient prefers to collect cash, send OneLink Cash. It lets them choose between PayPoint and Post Office when they open the link.
Before you start: KYB
Each of these products is regulated, and your organisation needs to pass a Know-Your-Business (KYB) check before you can use them. KYB is done per brand, so a separate check is needed for each of:
PayPoint (covers PayPoint cash and PayPoint energy)
Post Office (covers Post Office cash and Post Office energy)
ATM Cash (covers PIN4Cash ATM cash payouts)
If you want to use OneLink Cash, you'll need to have passed both PayPoint and Post Office KYBs, since OneLink Cash can route to either.
If you haven't yet passed KYB for the product you want to use, email us at disbursements@huggg.me to start the process. It typically takes 3-5 working days to process a KYB form.

How to decide
Three questions, in order:
1. How much cash does your recipient need?
Up to £100 - any of the four products work. PayPoint, Post Office or OneLink Cash are usually the simplest choice.
£100 to £500 - send ATM cash or Post Office cash. PayPoint and OneLink Cash are both capped at £100.
Over £500 - send Post Office cash. This is the only product that supports denominations above £500, up to £4,000.
2. Does your recipient have a preference for where they collect?
Local shops - PayPoint covers around 28,000 locations including newsagents, convenience stores and supermarkets.
Post Office - around 11,500 Post Office branches.
ATM, prefer privacy - ATM cash works at PIN4Cash machines and doesn't require any over-the-counter interaction.
No preference, or you don't know - send OneLink Cash and let them choose.
3. Does your recipient have a UK mobile?
ATM cash requires a UK mobile number to receive verification codes. If your recipient doesn't have a UK mobile, choose a different product.
When in doubt: OneLink Cash
If the situation is unclear or you're sending in bulk to recipients with different preferences, OneLink Cash is the most flexible option for amounts up to £100. The recipient picks between PayPoint and Post Office when they open the link.
Note: using OneLink Cash requires KYB for both PayPoint and Post Office. For full details, see: OneLink Cash - what you need to know before sending.
