Main Concept: The Marketing Role
The Marketing role is designed for people who work with distributing marketing within your hotel. This role is focused on creating and managing proactive messages and having insights through reports — giving marketers exactly what they need without access to guest-facing communication tools.

The Marketing role is ideal for:
📢 Team members responsible for creating and sending campaigns to guests
📊 Staff who need access to marketing reports and insights
🗂️ People managing guest profiles and audiences for targeted communication
🏨 Team members working with reservations and digital reception data
Sections Available to the Marketing Role
A Marketing operator has access to the following sections only:
📣 Campaigns — Create and manage journeys, broadcasts, content blocks, messaging popups, custom tokens, and campaign reports
👤 Profiles — Manage guest profiles and audiences
📅 Reservations — Access reservation information
🖥️ Digital Reception — Manage the digital reception experience
Known Issues or Limitations
No access to Inbox — Marketing operators cannot access the Inbox or interact directly with guests through messaging. To do so, a Service or Admin role is required.
Profile limitations — Guest profiles can be viewed, but Marketing operators cannot manually import guests. This action requires an Admin role.
