Legal forms are mandatory to ensure your online presence is legally compliant.


Before you start

  • You must have admin access to your Amenitiz account.

  • All fields in the Legal forms flow are mandatory.

  • The location of Legal forms in the menu depends on your subscription plan.


Step-by-step instructions

1. Identify where Legal forms are located for your subscription

  • If you are on the Sales Pro plan

    • Legal forms are managed from the Booking engine section.

    • Go to Booking engine → Legal forms (last section in the sidebar).

    • Legal forms are displayed in the footer of your booking engine once completed.

  • If you are on the Ultimate Plus plan

    • Legal forms are managed from the Website section.

    • Go to Website → Legal forms.

    • Legal forms are displayed in the footer of your website and booking engine.

2. Complete the Legal forms flow

  1. Select your legal status (Natural Person or Legal Entity).

  2. Click Next to continue.

  3. Enter the required personal or company details, including contact information and address.

  4. Indicate whether you have a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

  5. Indicate whether you have a publication director, and complete their details if applicable.

  6. Click Save to generate your legal documents.

3. Review and edit your legal documents

  1. Open any of the following sections:

    • Privacy Policy

    • Legal Information

    • Cookies Information

  2. Click Edit to update the content if needed.

  3. Save your changes to publish them automatically.

Why do I need to complete Legal forms?

Legal forms are required to display mandatory legal information on your booking engine and, depending on your plan, your website.


Can Sales Pro users edit Legal forms?

Yes. Sales Pro users can access, complete and edit Legal forms from the Booking engine section.


I cannot see Legal forms under Website. Is this normal?

Yes. Sales Pro users will not see Legal forms under Website. They are available under Booking engine → Legal forms instead.


Are Legal forms published automatically?

Yes. Once saved, the legal documents are automatically displayed in the relevant footer.


Can I customise the legal text?

Yes. You can manually edit each legal document after it has been generated.
