How to complete your Amenitiz self-onboarding

Learn how to activate your Amenitiz account using the self-onboarding flow, from signing up to creating accommodations, prices, rate plans, and sales terms.

Overview

This article explains how to complete the Amenitiz self-onboarding process.
It is useful if you have received a sign-up link from our Sales team and need to set up your account for the first time. The steps guide you through creating your accommodations, adding default prices, configuring rate plans, and setting your sales terms before accessing your dashboard.


Before you start

Self-onboarding is only available for:

  • Sales Pro and Ultimate Plus subscriptions

  • Hotels, B&Bs, and hostels

It is not available for Property Managers.

Note: You must complete your subscription payment before continuing with the onboarding steps.


Step-by-step instructions

1. Create your account from the sign-up link

  • Open the sign-up link provided by our Sales team.

  • Enter your password to secure your account.

  • Confirm your personal and property details.

Tip: This password is required to access your Amenitiz account later. Keep it safe.

2. Complete your subscription payment

  • Follow the payment instructions you see after submitting the form.

  • Wait for the confirmation page to appear. You will then be redirected automatically to the onboarding flow.

3. Add your accommodations

  • Choose whether to import your accommodation types from Booking.com (if applicable).

  • Review the list of imported accommodation types.

  • Select how many units you want to create in Amenitiz.

Warning: Your subscription price is based on your total number of units. Ensure the number is accurate before continuing.

4. Set default prices

  • Add a default price for each accommodation type.

  • Save your entries to continue.
    You can edit these later from Property → Accommodation once the account is active.

5. Create rate plans

  • Choose your rate plan types (weekly, monthly, or non-refundable).

  • Add percentage adjustments on top of your default price if needed.

  • Add cancellation policies for each rate plan.

Warning: All rate plans are assigned to all accommodations by default. You can customise these later from Pricing after your account is created.

6. Set your sales terms

  • Select at least one cancellable or non-cancellable sales term.

  • Enter how many days before check-in guests can cancel.

  • Enter the percentage charged for cancellations.
    A text version of your policy is generated automatically.

  • Review and customise the final wording.

7. Finish the onboarding and access your dashboard

  • Review the summary page.

  • Confirm to complete onboarding. You will automatically be redirected to your Amenitiz dashboard.
