This connection allows you to automatically sync your room availability and rates from Amenitiz to Agoda, and receive bookings directly into your Amenitiz calendar. This integration is useful for managing your property more efficiently across platforms and ensuring you maintain up-to-date information across all your channels.


Step-by-step instructions

  1. Prepare the necessary information

    • Obtain your Agoda Property ID (Hotel ID), which you can find in the top-right corner of your Agoda extranet.

    • Compile a list of your Agoda room names and the corresponding rooms in Amenitiz.

    • Decide on the rate plan you wish to connect to Agoda.

    • Rooms must match in type and quantity on both platforms for a successful sync.

  2. Contact Support

    • Send an email to support@amenitiz.com with the subject line: "Request to Connect Amenitiz with Agoda".

    • Include all the details listed above (Agoda Property ID, room list, rate plan).

  3. Activation

    • Wait for confirmation from Support that the connection is active.

    • Once activated, your availability and rates will automatically sync from Amenitiz to Agoda.

    • New bookings from Agoda will be directly added to your Amenitiz calendar.

📌 Note: Reservations made before the connection will not automatically import. Add them manually to your Amenitiz calendar to prevent overbookings. If you change your room structure or rate plans after activation, contact Support to ensure continued synchronisation.
