Before you start
You must have an existing Airbnb account.
Ensure you have an Airbnb or OTA rate plan set up in Amenitiz.
Confirm that your rate plans and room structures align between Airbnb and Amenitiz.
Connection must be done from the Airbnb Owner account (not a Co-host account).
Disconnect any existing channel managers from your Airbnb account.
Step-by-step instructions
Log into your Amenitiz account
Navigate to
Channel Manager → OTAs.Select
"Activate Airbnb".
Initiate connection with Airbnb
Click
"Connect with Airbnb".You will be redirected to the Airbnb login page. Enter your credentials.
Authorise the connection when prompted.
Map your room listings
Use the dropdown menus to match Amenitiz accommodations with Airbnb listings.
Click
"Continue"after mapping each room.
Map your rate plans
Select the appropriate rate plan for Airbnb.
Click
"Continue"to proceed.
Import bookings from Airbnb
If you have bookings on Airbnb, select
"I have reservations on Airbnb"and then"Import".If there are no bookings, choose
"I don’t have reservations on Airbnb"and click"Activate".
Finalise connection settings
Return to
Channel Manager → OTAs → Airbnbin your Amenitiz admin area.Click the three dots next to each accommodation to access 'Airbnb settings'.
Ensure 'Max. advance booking' is set to 'All available' under the 'Availability' tab to prevent any booking restrictions.
Adjust additional settings as needed
Use 'Map/unmap' to modify room connections.
Manage prices and availability through the 'Settings' option.
'Update' linked price plans as necessary.
