Planning → Calendar.

Click the red "Block room" icon that appears when you hover over the desired date.
Fill in the form by defining the period, choosing the status ("out of inventory," "out of order," or "pre-booked"), and adding any comments.
Click "Block room" to confirm and save the changes.
Unblock a room using a computer
Locate the blocked room in your calendar.
Click on the blocked room entry.
Select "Available" from the status menu.
Click "Open room" to restore the room's availability.
