  1. Block a room using a computer

    • Go to Planning → Calendar.

    • Navigate to the room and date you wish to block.

    • Click the red "Block room" icon that appears when you hover over the desired date.

    • Fill in the form by defining the period, choosing the status ("out of inventory," "out of order," or "pre-booked"), and adding any comments.

    • Click "Block room" to confirm and save the changes.

  2. Unblock a room using a computer

    • Locate the blocked room in your calendar.

    • Click on the blocked room entry.

    • Select "Available" from the status menu.

    • Click "Open room" to restore the room's availability.

  3. Block a room using the mobile app

    • Log in to the app and navigate to Planning.

    • Select the room and specific day you want to block.

    • Tap the red icon at the top right of the chosen room and date.

    • Define the period for blocking, select the status, and add comments as needed.

    • Confirm the action by saving the changes.

  4. Unblock a room using the mobile app

    • Find the blocked date and room on your mobile calendar.

    • Tap the blocked entry and change the status to "Available."

    • Confirm by saving adjustments to make the room available again.
