The form will guide you through required fields, ensuring you acknowledge the cancellation process.
Submit the form to receive immediate confirmation of receipt.
3. Submit and confirm your request
Click on the 'Submit Cancellation Request' button.
Receive an immediate confirmation message.
📌 Note: Only account owners can access the cancellation request button for security purposes. If you manage multiple properties, log in to each account separately to submit a cancellation request for each property.
4. Await review and follow-up
A retention team member will review your request and contact you directly to discuss the next steps.
Your account remains active and charged until the cancellation is officially completed.
You may cancel your request before final confirmation if you wish to continue your subscription.
