Step-by-step instructions

  1. Navigate to the Calendar

    • Go to Planning → Calendar in the left sidebar

    • Locate the booking on the calendar you wish to modify

  2. Register a Check-in or Check-out

    • Click on the booking to open its details

    • Scroll to the room details in the summary section

    • Click "Register Check-in" to record a check-in or "Register Check-out" to record a check-out

💡 Tip

If you wish to reverse the action, a new button will appear allowing you to "Cancel Check-in" or "Cancel Check-out".


Use the Mobile Application

  • Log in to your account via the mobile app

  • Navigate to the reservation through either the "Activity" tab or the "Calendar" tab

  • Click the reservation you want to manage and then tap on "Register check-in" to complete the process
