Step-by-step instructions
1. Log in to your Amenitiz account
Go to amenitiz.com.
Click Log in at the top-right of the page.
Enter your email address and password.
If this is your first login, check your inbox for an email containing two authentication codes.
Enter the codes as instructed.
Click Log in to access your account.
2. Recover a forgotten password
Go to amenitiz.com → Log in.
Enter your email address.
Click Forgotten password.
Complete the security check (CAPTCHA).
Open the email sent by Amenitiz.
Click the password-reset link.
Create your new password following the on-screen instructions.
Log in using your new password.
3. Update your personal information or password
Open your administrator area.
Click the arrow next to your property name.
Select Your profile.
Update your first name, last name, email address, or password.
Click Save to apply the changes.
