Haven't received my newsletter or website discount code?
If you signed up for a newsletter or promotional offer expecting a discount code but haven't received it, we can help you track it down.
Why didn't the code arrive?
Here are the most common reasons:
Email landed in spam — Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. These emails sometimes get filtered automatically.
Marketing consent wasn't given — To receive discount codes, you need to opt-in to marketing emails during signup. Without that consent, the code won't be sent.
Email is on its way — Promotional emails can take a few hours to arrive. Give it some time before reaching out.
Typo in your email address — If you made a mistake when entering your email, the code went somewhere else. Double-check what you entered at signup.
What you can do
1. Check your spam folder:
Look in Spam, Junk, or Promotions in your email
Search for emails from Huel or containing words like "discount," "offer," or "code"
If you find it, mark it as "not spam" so future emails arrive normally
2. Be patient:
If you just signed up, the email may still be in transit
Give it a few hours to arrive
3. If you still don't see it:
Contact us with these details and we'll investigate:
The email address you used to sign up
When you signed up (if you remember)
Whether you agreed to receive marketing emails during signup
Say "talk to a human" and our team will resend the code manually.
Important to know
Codes expire: Discount codes from newsletters are usually valid for a set period (e.g., 30 days). Check the email for the expiry date.
Minimum spend requirements: Some codes only work on orders above a certain amount (e.g., £60 for the £10 signup offer). Read the code's terms if it arrives.
One code per order: You can only use a single discount code on each order.
