Your Huel discount code may not apply for one of these reasons:

Minimum spend not met: Your basket must total at least £60 before your discount code applies. If your order is below £60, the code won't work at checkout.

Code is bundle-only: Some Huel promotional codes — including many 33% off promotions — only apply to specific bundles such as the Best Seller Bundle or Lean Bundle. These codes will not work on individual products. If your code isn't applying, check whether it's restricted to bundle purchases. The terms will be listed in the email you received.

Code excludes certain products or bundles: Some promotional codes don't apply to bundles or specific product types, even if advertised broadly (e.g. "off everything"). Check the terms in the email you received for any exclusions.

Code entered incorrectly: Check that you've typed the code exactly as shown in your email or account. Huel discount codes are case-sensitive — even one wrong letter will prevent the code from applying.

Code already expired: If your Huel discount code has an expiry date (shown in your discount email), check that today's date is before the expiry date. Expired codes cannot be reactivated.

Another discount code already applied: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you've already applied a different code, remove it before trying your Huel discount code.

"Apply" button not clicked: After entering your code, you must click the Apply button to activate it. Simply typing the code won't apply the discount.
