If you've applied for the Huel Student Discount through Student Beans but haven't received your code, this is most likely a Student Beans issue, not a Huel issue.

Log in to your Student Beans account — your Huel Student Discount code should be available directly in your Student Beans account dashboard once Student Beans has verified your student status. Many students find their code here before receiving a separate email.

Student Beans confirmation emails sometimes get caught in spam filters. Search your entire inbox (including spam, junk, and other folders) for "Student Beans" to locate the Huel Student Discount code confirmation email.

If you uploaded documents (such as a student ID card or proof of enrolment) to apply for the Huel Student Discount, your Student Beans application might still be under review. Student Beans verification can take up to 24–48 hours in rare cases. Check your Student Beans account or your inbox again shortly.

Student Beans only allows one active Huel Student Discount code per 12-month period. If you've already applied for the Huel Student Discount within the last 12 months, you won't receive a new code until your eligibility window reopens. You can reapply 12 months after your first verification date.

If Student Beans declined your Huel Student Discount application, you won't receive a code. Student Beans' decision is final, and Huel cannot override it. You may be able to appeal or reapply at Student Beans directly.
