I haven’t received my Teacher discount code

If you've applied for a Teacher discount but haven't received your code, here are a few things to check:

1. Complete your Beans iD verification

  • Make sure you completed the full verification process with Beans iD.

  • If you didn't finish setting up your Beans iD account, you won't receive your Teacher discount code.

2. Check your inbox for your Teacher code

  • Look for an email from Beans iD — sometimes it may land in your spam or junk folders.

  • Try searching for "Beans iD" or "Huel Teacher Discount" in your email inbox.

3. Check if you've already applied this year

  • Teacher discount codes are valid until the date specified on the discount page.

  • If you've already applied and your Teacher discount code is still valid, you won't be sent another code until your current code expires.

4. Allow time for verification

  • Most Teacher discount codes are issued instantly.

  • If manual document checks are required for your Teacher discount application, it may take up to 24–48 hours to receive your code.
