If your Refer a Friend code hasn't applied at checkout, here are some things to check:
1. Minimum spend The referral code is only valid on first orders over £60.
2. First-time order only
Referral codes can only be used by new customers placing their first Huel order.
If you've ordered before, the referral code won't apply.
3. Expiry date
Referral codes are time-limited (usually valid for 90 days).
If the code has expired, it can't be reactivated.
4. One code per order
Only one discount code can be applied at checkout.
If another code is already active, the referral code won't stack.
5. Try again
Remove the code and re-enter it in the Discount Code box at checkout.
Double-check for typos or extra spaces when copying and pasting.
