Standard return policy for unopened products

Huel accepts standard returns on unopened products only.

Opened products cannot be returned under the standard return policy. For exchanges or flavour swap requests, say 'talk to a human' so an agent can best advise what is possible.

Standard returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Opened products cannot be exchanged.

How to return unopened products

To return unopened Huel products for a refund:

  1. Pack your parcel securely.

  2. Include a note inside the parcel with your full name, delivery address, order number and reason for return.

  3. Send your parcel to the Huel returns address for your region.

  4. Keep your proof of postage.

  5. Send your proof of postage to Huel support to confirm your return and trigger your refund.

Standard return conditions

For standard returns:

  • products must be unopened and in their original condition;

  • returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery;

  • you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping;

  • always include your order number in the parcel to avoid delays;

  • if your order contained both opened and unopened pouches, only the unopened items are eligible for return.

Standard refund processing

Once Huel receives your proof of postage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This typically takes several business days.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Huel UK also offers a separate 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for eligible first-time UK customers.

This guarantee is separate from the standard return policy and can apply to opened or unopened Huel products.
