Step 1: Package your return
Include a note inside your parcel with:
Your Huel order number (from your order confirmation email, e.g. #12345)
Your full name and delivery address
Your reason for return
Missing your order number can delay or prevent your refund being processed.

Return postage costs are your responsibility. Many customers find Evri a cost-effective option — keep your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

If this is your first Huel order and it isn't right for you, say "talk to a human" and reference the Money Back Guarantee within 30 days of delivery — no return needed. This guarantee is valid for orders up to £70, and a £10 shipping and handling fee is deducted from the refund.
Refund Timelines
Once Huel receives your return and proof of postage, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Making Changes to Your Order
We work quickly to pick and pack your items, so orders can't be amended or cancelled once placed — this includes swapping products and changing payment methods. To change a delivery address, use the DPD app once you have your tracking number, or say "talk to a human" and we'll do our best to help.
