You can return unopened Huel orders within 14 days of delivery for a refund. First-time customers also get Huel's Money Back Guarantee, which covers opened products with a handling fee deducted.

Huel's return policy depends on whether your products are opened or unopened, and the timeframe for your return.
Return Timeframes
All orders: 14 days from delivery
First-time orders under Money Back Guarantee: 30 days from delivery (allows both opened and unopened products to be returned)
Unopened Products — Unopened items in their original sealed condition are eligible for return. If the outer shipping box is opened but the individual product boxes remain sealed inside, you can still return unopened items.
Opened Products — Opened products cannot normally be returned, except under Huel's Money Back Guarantee for first-time orders.
Money Back Guarantee (First-Time Orders Only)
Huel offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on first-time orders, so you can try Huel risk-free. If Huel isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery without returning opened products.
A fixed shipping and handling fee is deducted from refunds under this guarantee. When you have an opened pack, Huel encourages you to pass it to friends or family, or donate it, to avoid food waste.
To claim your Money Back Guarantee refund, submit a returns request and reference "Money Back Guarantee" in the reason field.
How to Return Your Huel Order
Step 1: Start your return online
Log into your Huel Account at uk.huel.com/account/login
Click Order History
Find the Huel order you want to return and click View Order
Click Create a Return
From there, select which product(s) you want to return and choose a reason. A member of our Customer Experience team will follow up to confirm next steps, including the UK returns address.
Important: Huel does not provide a prepaid shipping label or courier collection. You'll need to arrange and pay for return postage yourself using a tracked service.
Step 2: Send your return by post
Mail your return to the address our team provides, and include a note inside the package with:
Your Huel order number
Your full name
Your delivery address
Reason for return
Return Conditions
Huel items must be unused and in their original condition
You're responsible for arranging and paying for return postage — Huel does not provide a shipping label
Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage — you'll need to send this to Huel to trigger your refund
Once Huel's team receives your proof of postage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
Refund Timelines
Once Huel processes your return and receives your proof of postage, your refund will be back with you within 3–5 business days. The refund goes to your original payment method. Huel cannot redirect a refund to a different payment method once processed.
