If your Huel order has already been shipped or dispatched, you cannot cancel it outright. However, you have options depending on your preference.
Option 1: Request a Return-to-Sender
If your Huel order is already with the courier, you can request a return-to-sender to recall the parcel.
Important things to know:
A fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the courier's return charge
Act promptly and provide accurate details when initiating the recall to improve your chances of success
You can use the courier's tracking app or link to delay, rearrange, or refuse delivery of your Huel parcel
Once your Huel parcel is returned to us, the refund will be processed.
Option 2: Return After Delivery
If you prefer not to request a return-to-sender, you can allow your parcel to be delivered and then follow our standard return process. This avoids the courier recall fee, but you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
To qualify for a refund:
Return unopened Huel products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
Include your full name, delivery address, order number, and reason for return in the parcel
Say "talk to a human" and our team will provide the UK returns address
Arrange and pay for return shipping using a tracked service
Share the shipment tracking number with Huel — a refund will be processed once your return is received or when you provide the outbound tracking number
Including your order number is essential to match the return to your account — missing information may delay or prevent your refund
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your returned Huel package is processed at our warehouse or when you provide proof of postage. You'll receive an email notification when the refund is completed.
Standard refunds: 3–5 business days
PayPal refunds: 2–3 business days
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Orders Only)
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is available for first-time Huel UK customers on their first order only. If you are an existing customer or have previously ordered from Huel, the Money-Back Guarantee does not apply.
If you are a first-time customer and are dissatisfied with the taste of your Huel products, you do not need to return them. Simply say "talk to a human" to request a refund. You can keep the products or share them with someone else.
