If your Huel order has already been shipped or dispatched, you cannot cancel it outright. However, you have options to manage the situation depending on your preferences.
Option 1: Request a return-to-sender
If your Huel order is already with the courier, you can request a return-to-sender to recall the parcel. This involves contacting Huel to initiate the recall.
Important:
A £10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the courier's return charge
To improve your chances of success, act promptly and provide accurate details when initiating the recall
You can use the courier's tracking system or app to delay or rearrange your Huel delivery and refuse the parcel if delivery is attempted
Once your Huel parcel is returned to us, the refund will be processed.
Option 2: Return after delivery
If you prefer not to request a return-to-sender, you can allow your Huel parcel to be delivered and then follow our standard return process. This option avoids the £10 courier recall fee but you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To qualify for a refund:
You can return unopened Huel products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
Include your full name, delivery address, order number, and reason for return in the parcel

Refund processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your returned Huel package is processed at our warehouse. You'll receive an email notification when the refund is completed. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account after processing.
