Huel's Sustainability Approach to Returns

Before returning unopened products, Huel encourages customers to consider donating them to friends, family, or a local food bank instead. This helps reduce unnecessary CO2 emissions from return shipping. In eligible cases, refunds can still be arranged without requiring the physical return of products.


Returning Unopened Products

To return unopened Huel products, follow these steps:

  1. Pack your parcel and include a note with:

    • Your full name

    • Your delivery address

    • Your order number

    • Your reason for return

  2. Send via a trackable service and keep your shipping receipt

Purchased through a third-party retailer (e.g. Costco, Amazon)

Returns and refunds must be handled directly through the retailer. Huel cannot process third-party orders as it does not have access to those order systems.


Opened Products

Huel does not accept returns or provide refunds for opened products. Once a pouch or container has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
