Here's how returns work
Step 1: Prepare your return Pop your unopened item back in its original packaging. Include a note inside with:
Your order number
Full name
Delivery address
Reason for return
(We need the order number to match your return to your account.)
Step 2: Send it to us Send to: Huel GXO, 39–44 Davy Close, Park Farm Industrial Estate, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 6XX
Step 3: Get your refund
Take proof of postage (Evri is cost-effective)
Return postage is on you
Refund credited within 5 business days once we receive it
Step 4: Place your new order Once your refund is processed, order the flavour or variant you want.
