Product Swap Requests (Flavour / Variant)

If a customer wants to swap/switch/change a flavour / product

What we can't do: We can't swap products after they've been delivered. We know it's annoying, but our post-fulfilment process doesn't allow direct exchanges.

What we can do: You can return your unopened item for a full refund, then place a new order for the flavour or variant you want.

Is the item unopened?
Is it in original packaging?

Here's how returns work

Step 1: Prepare your return Pop your unopened item back in its original packaging. Include a note inside with:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Reason for return

(We need the order number to match your return to your account.)

Step 2: Send it to us Send to: Huel GXO, 39–44 Davy Close, Park Farm Industrial Estate, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 6XX

Step 3: Get your refund

  • Take proof of postage (Evri is cost-effective)

  • Return postage is on you

  • Refund credited within 5 business days once we receive it

Step 4: Place your new order Once your refund is processed, order the flavour or variant you want.
