How to reschedule your Huel UK delivery (DPD)

DPD's Delivery Process

DPD follows a standard procedure when delivering parcels:

  1. Attempt to Deliver to Your Address: DPD will first try to deliver the parcel to your specified address.

  2. Delivery to a Neighbor: If you are not available, DPD may attempt to deliver the parcel to a neighbor.

  3. Redirect to a Pickup Shop: If delivery to a neighbor is not possible, DPD will deliver the parcel to the nearest pickup shop to reduce the risk of theft.

  1. Download or log into the My DPD app

  2. Enter your tracking number (sent in your Huel shipping confirmation email)

  3. Choose from delivery options such as:

  • Select a new delivery date

  • Deliver to a neighbour

  • Deliver to a Pickup shop

  • Leave in a safe place If your DPD shipment is marked as refused or undeliverable, you can reschedule delivery using the DPD app by logging in with your delivery address or tracking details and selecting a new delivery date or alternative delivery option.
