Important details about rescheduling your Huel delivery
Delivery options are managed by the courier — Delivery options are managed by DPD or FedEx (depending on your location), not Huel. Once your Huel order is with the courier, you'll need to use their system to make changes.
You need your tracking number — You must have your Huel tracking number (sent in your shipping confirmation email) to reschedule your Huel delivery through the courier's app.
Same-day changes may not be possible — If your Huel parcel is already out for delivery, same-day changes may not be possible. Contact the courier directly for urgent reschedule requests.
Orders just processed can't be delayed — If your Huel order has just been processed but hasn't shipped yet, we cannot delay or reschedule it on our end. You'll need to wait for your Huel order to ship and receive your tracking number before you can reschedule through the courier's app.
