Checking Your Order Status
Log in to your account at uk.huel.com/account/login
Navigate to the order tracking section
Once your order has shipped, you can view its current status and any pickup details
If your order is being delivered to a pickup point, the address and collection instructions will be displayed in your order details
Dealing With a Delayed Delivery
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch:
Step | Action |
1. Check your tracking | Log in and review your tracking information β note that updates can take a few days to appear after the shipping label is created |
2. Contact the carrier | If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived after a reasonable period, contact the carrier directly to investigate |
3. Contact Huel | If the issue persists after contacting the carrier, say "talk to a human" and our team will investigate further |
Missing Order Confirmation Email
If you have not received an order confirmation or cannot see your order in your account:
Step | Action |
1. Check junk and spam | Search all your email inboxes including junk and spam folders for a confirmation from Huel |
2. Allow processing time | Orders can take a short time to process β once confirmed, the order will appear in your account |
3. Still missing? | Say "talk to a human" and our team will locate your order and resend your confirmation if needed |
