My order is going to the wrong address, what should I do? (uk)

What to do if your Huel EU order is going to the wrong address, how to update your delivery address, when to contact support for address changes, and what happens if delivery fails.

Written by Jamie Forbes

If your Huel order is heading to the wrong address, here's what you can do depending on the status of your order.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once your Huel order has shipped, you may be able to make changes directly through your carrier's tracking app or link.

You can typically update:

  • House numbers or minor address details

  • Redirect your parcel to a neighbour or a carrier pickup shop

Large address changes (like a different town or postcode) aren't always possible once your parcel is in transit.

If You Spot the Wrong Address Early

If you notice the wrong address before your order ships, contact support immediately — this is when address changes are most likely to succeed.

  1. Say "talk to a human" immediately

  2. Provide your Huel order number

  3. Provide the correct delivery address

If your order hasn't been picked or packed yet, a Huel specialist may be able to update the delivery address for you.

Set Your Delivery Preferences Proactively

To help avoid delivery issues, use your carrier's tracking app or link to set delivery preferences. You can typically:

  • Add specific instructions for the driver on where to leave your parcel

  • Nominate a trusted neighbour to receive your parcel if you're not home

  • Redirect your parcel to a local pickup shop

Important Things to Know

  • Once your order is out for delivery — rerouting options are limited to what your carrier allows.

  • If your parcel can't be delivered — it may be returned to us. We'll arrange a resend or refund (minus carrier costs if applicable).

  • Check your tracking regularly — stay on top of updates via your carrier's tracking link so you can act quickly if there's a delivery issue.
