Whether you can change your delivery address depends on the status of your order and the carrier involved.
Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, say "talk to a human" and our team can update your address before it leaves the warehouse.
You will need to:
Provide your order number
Complete identity verification (e.g. confirming a one-time passcode sent to your registered email)
Share your updated delivery address
The warehouse will apply the change before dispatch.
After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, address change options depend on your carrier:
Carrier | What You Can Do |
DPD | Use the tracking email or MyDPD app to amend your delivery address directly |
Other carriers | In most cases Huel cannot modify the address β but you may be able to select an alternative delivery method or pickup point via the shipment's tracking link |
Important Limitations

Dispatch email shows old address | If the warehouse updates your address, the dispatch email may still show the original address β the carrier will use the updated address regardless |
After handoff to carrier | Once the order is with the carrier, Huel can only request a return-to-sender β no further address changes are possible |
Missing apartment or unit number | If your order has already been handed to the carrier, Huel cannot add missing details β delivery may still succeed depending on local delivery practices |
Updating Your Address for Future Subscription Orders
Changing the address on a single order does not automatically update your subscription address. To ensure future orders go to the right place:
Log in to your account at uk.huel.com/account/login
Go to My Subscriptions
Update the saved delivery address for your subscription
