Why has my tracking not updated?

If your Huel order tracking hasn't updated, don't worry β€” this can happen for a few reasons.

1. Carrier delay

  • Sometimes the courier (DPD, Royal Mail, FedEx) takes time to scan and update your parcel in their system.

  • Tracking updates often appear within 24 hours.

2. Your order just shipped

  • If you've only just received your shipping confirmation for your Huel order, your tracking link may not show movement until the courier processes your parcel at their depot.

3. Multiple parcels

  • Large Huel orders (like Ready-to-Drink or multi-item bundles) may be split into multiple parcels.

4. International shipments
